	A、Pay by POS ① Go to anyone shop cooperated with E card (Normally they show E card logo) ② Choose the products or service and then show E card to gain special discount or VIP service ③ Swipe E card in POS machine (No need password) ④ Sufficient balance to pay and with printed receipt. ⑤ One copy of receipt keep by shop and another by yourself (Depends on the shop, will ask for your signature in the receipt) ⑥ End of the transaction B、Shopping in our internet web site ① Choose the products in Ecode City, choose “Pay by E card”(Make sure your balance is sufficient) ② Fill the necessary information and jump into: China Union Pay ③ Follow up the reminder, fill up the card number and entry the password ④ Pass means pay successfully ⑤ For security and to protect your card purpose, E code City service centre will call you for double confirmation or trigger message information to you. C、 Pay by phone call ① Choose the products/service in our cooperated shops or Ecode City internet shop ② Call our Service center and they will guide you in how to pay by phone call ③ Call self help payment hot line: 020-85539999 ④ Follow up voice instructions, choose the language, and then choose 4: E Card, and then confirm payment. ⑤ Follow up the voice instructions to operate ⑥ Pass means pay successfully ⑦ For security and to protect your card purpose, E code City service centre will call you for double confirmation or trigger messages information to you.
	二、 Card Exchange Zone, to be a smart you
	① Register to be members of Ecode City ② Post the card requirement you want to sell or buy ③ Choose the one you want and follow up below steps to make the deal A： Transfer directly among the E card If the buyer and seller both have E card or E card account (can call service center to apply anytime Buyer’s E card or account should have sufficient balance to be transferred (remark: if the balance if insufficient then need to fill in) Pay from the buyer’s E card or account (remark: as the credit purpose the system will freeze the required amount from the buyer account) After successful freeze, the system will trigger instructions and the customer service will inform seller to deliver the goods to buyer directly. After the buyer confirm receiving, approve the payment Customer service confirm And then our customer service will transfer the frozen money from buyer account to seller. 1% commission as customer service charge to the both buyer and seller. B： Ecode City credit Service This is our additional service to our members, in case at above business both seller and buyer choose other payment channel (which is not through E card), but they want E card as the credit purpose to secure the business deal is safe. The buyer confirms the receiving and triggers the release for the frozen money. Ecode City customer service confirms and then release the frozen money E Code city will take charge 1% service charge to both seller and buyer.
